Workflow Automation
Eliminate repetitive processes and integrate your tools with intelligent automation pipelines. Built to run reliably in the background, so your team can focus on work that actually needs them.
Every business has processes that eat up hours of manual, repetitive work — copying data between tools, chasing approvals, generating reports by hand. We design and build automation pipelines that take that work off your team's plate, connecting the tools you already use and running reliably in the background, day and night. Every engagement covers the full lifecycle: process mapping, integration design, development, error handling and monitoring, and post-launch support — so you have one partner from a messy manual process to a system that just runs.
Automation Built for the Way You Work
We match the automation approach to your process, tools, and volume — not the other way around.
Process Automation Pipelines
Multi-step business processes — approvals, onboarding, order fulfillment — automated end to end, with humans looped in only where needed.
System & Tool Integrations
Your CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, and internal tools connected and kept in sync, so data stops living in silos and re-entry disappears.
Scheduled & Event-Driven Jobs
Background workers and cron jobs that react to events in real time or run reliably on a schedule, without babysitting.
Everything Your Automation Needs to Succeed
A complete, end-to-end automation service — not just a handful of scripts.
Workflow Design & Mapping
Your existing process mapped step by step, with bottlenecks and manual handoffs identified before anything is built.
Tool & API Integrations
Connections to the SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs your business already runs on — no rip-and-replace required.
Data Sync & ETL Pipelines
Reliable data movement and transformation between systems, so every tool works from the same, up-to-date source of truth.
Trigger-Based Automations
Automations that fire on the events that matter — a new lead, a status change, a form submission — instantly and reliably.
Approval & Review Workflows
Structured review and sign-off steps built into the pipeline, so automation speeds things up without removing oversight.
Error Handling & Retry Logic
Automatic retries, fallbacks, and alerts on failure, so a single broken step never silently breaks the whole process.
Monitoring & Alerting
Visibility into every run — successes, failures, and performance — with alerts sent to the right people the moment something needs attention.
Custom Dashboards & Reporting
A clear view of what's running, what's queued, and what needs attention, tailored to how your team actually works.
Post-Launch Support
Ongoing monitoring, adjustments as your tools and processes change, and new automations added as you grow.
Tools We Build With
From Manual Process to Running Pipeline
Discovery & Process Mapping
We audit your current process end to end, identify the highest-impact automation opportunities, and define clear success metrics.
Design & Prototype
A working prototype of the core automation, validated against real data and edge cases before full build-out begins.
Build & Integrate
Two-week sprints connecting every system, adding error handling, and layering in approval steps where they matter.
Deploy & Monitor
Production rollout with monitoring and alerting in place, so you have full visibility from the very first run.
A Partner Invested in Your Automation's Success
We don't just wire up a workflow and disappear. Our team stays close to how the process runs day to day, tests against real edge cases, and supports you well past launch day so it keeps running as your tools and volume change.
Common Questions
What kinds of processes can you automate?
Almost any repetitive, rule-based process — lead routing, invoice processing, employee onboarding, order fulfillment, reporting, data syncing between systems, and more. If you can describe the steps, we can usually automate most or all of it.
Do you build on top of tools like Zapier, or fully custom?
It depends on scale and complexity. For simple, low-volume workflows, a no-code tool can be the fastest path and we're happy to set that up. For anything with real volume, custom logic, or tight integration needs, we build custom pipelines that are more reliable, more flexible, and cheaper to run at scale.
How do you handle errors when part of a pipeline fails?
Every automation we build includes retry logic, fallback paths, and alerting, so a failed step gets retried or flagged to a person instead of silently breaking the rest of the process or losing data.
What happens after the automation is launched?
Every engagement includes a post-launch support window (see our Offers page for details), covering monitoring and bug fixes. We also offer ongoing retainers to extend automations as your tools and processes evolve.
